1. Bookings & Confirmations

1.1 When you submit a booking through our online platform or via telephone, you make an offer to book transport under these terms. A booking is confirmed once assigned a unique Reference Code (e.g. NORTH-XXXXXX) and logged with our dispatch office.

1.2 All pre-booked airport and long-distance transfers are subject to vehicle availability. We recommend booking at least 12 hours in advance for early morning airport departures.

2. Fares, Tolls & Payments

2.1 Estimated vs. Confirmed Fares: Online estimates are calculated based on standard route distances and current tariff schedules. Final confirmed fixed quotes are guaranteed against surge pricing unless route deviations, extra unscheduled stops, or excessive passenger waiting occurs.

2.2 Tolls: CityLink, EastLink, and Melbourne Airport access charges are included in confirmed airport quotes or applied in accordance with Victorian CPVV guidelines.

2.3 Payment Methods: No online pre-payment is compulsory. Fares are settled directly with the driver in the vehicle via Cabcharge, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Cash.

3. Airport Pickups & Waiting Time

3.1 Flight Delays: When a valid commercial flight number is supplied at the time of booking, we monitor the flight's arrival status. We provide a complimentary grace waiting period of up to 45 minutes from actual flight touchdown for domestic arrivals and 60 minutes for international arrivals.

3.2 Non-Airport Pickups: Drivers provide a complimentary 10-minute waiting grace period from scheduled residential or hotel pickup times. Excessive waiting thereafter may incur standard Victorian metered waiting fees.

4. Passenger Conduct & Vehicle Care

4.1 In accordance with Victorian law, smoking, vaping, consumption of unsealed alcohol, and unlawful behavior are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

4.2 A sanitization and cleaning fee of up to $180 AUD will apply in the event that a passenger causes interior fouling or soiling that requires professional vehicle detailing.

5. Child Restraints

Under Victorian transport legislation, commercial taxis are exempt from child seat requirements for children over 1 year of age. However, for passenger comfort and safety, child safety seats and baby capsules can be reserved in advance for a nominal preparation fee ($15).
