To fulfill your taxi bookings and airport transfers, we collect only the necessary information, including:

• Contact details: First name, last name, mobile phone number, email address.
• Journey details: Pickup address, destination, intermediate stops, pickup date and time.
• Airport details: Airline, flight number, and arrival terminal (to monitor flight delays).
• Travel requirements: Passenger counts, luggage quantity, child safety seat requests.

Note: We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. In-cab payments are processed securely through certified Australian payment terminals (e.g. Cabcharge / EFTPOS).

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information solely for:

• Dispatching drivers to your designated pickup address at the requested time.
• Sending booking confirmation receipts, SMS driver updates, and itinerary details.
• Monitoring inbound flight statuses to prevent airport wait-time charges.
• Providing customer support and locating lost property.
• Compliance with Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria (CPVV) regulatory records.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information

We only disclose your journey details and phone number to the allocated driver responsible for fulfilling your ride. We will never sell, lease, or distribute your personal information to third-party marketers.

We take all reasonable precautions to safeguard your information against unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Digital records are stored in secured database environments with encryption in transit (HTTPS / SSL).
